I want to paint. How can I apply?

Please complete the submissions form here. Alternatively, you can email us at submissions@bringthepaint.co.uk . Please make sure you provide examples of your work.

I’ve not applied but I still want to paint. Will I be able to paint?

There are a number of legal walls in the city of Leicester, these will operate on a first come first serve basis.

Will there be family friendly activities to participate in?

Yes. There will be workshops and activities throughout the event. SPARK childrens arts festival will also be happening at the same time. You can check out details of their event here. There is also Breakin’ Convention . Bambino Disco will also be happening at the childrens play area on St George Street for 0-6 year olds and their parents.

Will you provide paint?

Unfortunately we do not have a budget for paint beyond the commissioned pieces. We do have an excellent graffiti art supplies store GraffHQ based on the corner of Clarence Street and Humberstone Gate. They are happy to take orders should you need to confirm specific colours.

I want to volunteer. How can I get involved?

Email us at volunteer@bringthepaint.co.uk and we will be in touch with available opportunities.

When and Where is this happening?

The main event will be on the 27th to 28th May 2017. Artworks will be going up from the 21st May. There will be some activities during the week.

The centre points of Bring The Paint are Curve theatre and Athena, and that is 1.2 Miles away from London Road railway station, 0.5 Miles away from St Margarets Bus Station, 0.3 Miles away from Haymarket Bus Station and about 4.7 Miles away from the M1.
